Are you feeling isolated because of your tinnitus? Are you finding it is affecting your confidence? Our next meeting is focussed on helping you to reconnect with the world and also with yourself.

A masterclass will be given by the group facilitators Adam and Louise with some interactive tasks to help facilitate change and connection.

As always, the Tinnitus Support Group is FREE of charge but donations are always welcome.
