In response to the pandemic we took a long break from our regular sessions. But now, for the first time in two years, we will be able to meet in person.

Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start ~ session closes at 8.30pm
Theme?
The theme for our March session is ‘Reconnection’’.
Louise Hatch, group facilitator, will lead this session with the assistance of Adam Chell, audiologist.
There will of course be time for the usual group discussion, chats over tea break and our end of evening mindfulness moment to close.
